The 3rd Annual Ville City Blues Festival brings the soulful grit and groove of the Blues Is Alright Tour to the Crown Theatre at the Crown Complex in Fayetteville. In FTCC Fine Arts Presents The Sound of Music, a community-based production of the beloved Rodgers and Hammerstein classic brings beloved songs such as "Do-Re-Mi" and "My Favorite Things" to life onstage. The Fayetteville Technical Community College student company, along with local performers, has produced a show that intersperses classic storytelling and classical music to celebrate family, courage, and song. The FTCC production affirms the College's commitment to providing arts education and working with other community figures and organizations.
