Downtown Fayetteville is hosting a two-day wellness festival to celebrate the Spring Equinox.

Getty ImagesDowntown Fayetteville will host a two-day wellness festival on March 20-21 to mark the spring equinox. Yoga, dance, and mindfulness activities fill the lineup.
The Downtown Alliance teamed up with Spark Downtown to organize the celebration. It runs from Friday through Saturday.
Local businesses across the district will offer activities centered on movement, mindfulness, and building connections within the community. Each venue brings something different.
Morning yoga sessions kick things off. Sound baths follow. Then come movement classes that get people on their feet and breathing deeply.
Healthy lunch options await at participating spots. Small plates will be served too. Vendors have curated menus for the occasion.
Wellness education sessions fill the midday hours, along with demonstrations showing various techniques. Afternoon walks wind through downtown streets. Guided tours showcase the district.
The evening programs bring music and dance. A complete schedule will drop before March 20. The list of participating businesses will be included once organizers finalize details.
