The City of Fayetteville will host Fayetteville Beautiful on Saturday, March 28. This citywide cleanup brings together residents and volunteer groups. Registration opens at FayettevilleBeautiful.com, where participants can select their preferred street or neighborhood using an interactive map.

Supplies await pickup on Friday, March 27, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 121 Lamon Street. After filling bags, volunteers should close and tie the tops, place orange bags along the roadside several yards from pavement, then group them at intersections away from traffic.

Crews will collect litter on Monday, March 30. Another cleanup happens Saturday, April 25. For more information contact Jessica Howell with Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks and Recreation at 910-433-1397 or email JessicaHowell@FayettevilleNC.gov.

Keep America Beautiful partners with the city on this initiative. The national nonprofit assists communities throughout the U.S. with litter removal, tree planting, and recycling programs that transform neighborhoods and build stronger connections between neighbors.
